Marionics International B.V., a leader in sales, service, and engineering for communication and navigation technology in international shipping, is seeking a dedicated Administration Employee to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming telephone calls and emails professionally.
- Provide general administrative support, including invoice processing.
- Arrange travel accommodations, such as flights and hotels, for our service engineers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain accurate archiving.
Qualifications:
- MBO-3 level of education or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
