Administration Employee

Marionics International B.V., a leader in sales, service, and engineering for communication and navigation technology in international shipping, is seeking a dedicated Administration Employee to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming telephone calls and emails professionally.
  • Provide general administrative support, including invoice processing.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, such as flights and hotels, for our service engineers.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and maintain accurate archiving.

Qualifications:

  • MBO-3 level of education or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.
